The Charfen Institute Appoints Adam Pedowitz as Chief Communications Officer; Prepares for Growth
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) July 07, 2015 -- The Charfen Institute, pioneers of business methodologies around the Entrepreneurial Personality Type™ and momentum-based living, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the return of Adam Pedowitz as equity partner and Chief Communications Officer.
As CCO and partner, Pedowitz will be responsible for accelerating the training, use and adoption of Entrepreneurial Personality Type concepts among entrepreneurs and small business owners worldwide. Diverging from previous studies of entrepreneurs, the Entrepreneurial Personality Type identifies the key strengths, attributes and perspectives guiding the entrepreneurial existence, from early childhood through adulthood. In addition, Pedowitz will drive awareness of the harmful effects of entrepreneurial suppression, which occurs as a result of misinterpreting Entrepreneurial Personality Type attributes across all ages.

Most recently, Pedowitz served as a Director of the Corporate & Strategy practice at WCG, a W2O Group company, and held a position on the agency’s executive team. There he was responsible for key account leadership around digital communications strategy, issues management and social analytics, with a focus on B2B technology and energy-sector clients. He earned a BA in English literature from Lehigh University and an MFA in creative writing from Texas State University.
