Entelo, a Market Leader in Predictive Recruiting Systems, sees 80% Quarter-over-Quarter Growth, Adds Record Number of New Customers
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 07, 2015 -- Entelo today announced a record-setting second quarter with an 80 percent sequential increase in bookings from the first quarter of 2015, and a record number of new customer additions in the quarter. Entelo’s new customer wins in Q2 include Citrix, Tesla and two of the world’s largest financial services companies.
“Demand in the quarter for next-generation recruiting systems was insatiable,” said Jon Bischke, Entelo’s CEO. “The old way of getting things done isn’t working for many fast-growing companies and they’re desperate for new technology to compete in the intensifying war for talent.”
In Q2, Entelo announced integrations and partnerships with a wide variety of applicant tracking system (ATS) software vendors including iCIMS, Jazz (formerly The Resumator) and SmartRecruiters. ATS integrations and increasing adoption of Entelo Track, Entelo’s ground-breaking email tracking and analytics product for recruiters, helped accelerate the company's growth.
“Workflow integrations with top ATS products and with email clients has increased the ‘stickiness’ of the Entelo solution,” Bischke added. “Our NPS score is at an all-time high and this is in no small part due to how well Entelo works across the web, email and a wide variety of ATS software.”
Entelo’s new customers, such as Tesla and Visa, demonstrate a growing focus on strategic recruitment across a variety of industries. With energy, financial and automotive sector customers now on board, Entelo has expanded its recruiting insights to a wider group of companies, allowing even more organizations to hire better.
“Entelo provides us with a one-stop shop for anything you could want to know about a candidate,” said Shilpa Chandran, Leadership & Executive Sourcing, Global Talent Acquisition at Visa. “Their professional history, contact information and even their likelihood of changing jobs is available and accurate. This allows us to reliably craft a targeted message that will intrigue our candidates at precisely the right time.”
