Brian Racouillat has joined On Hold Company in Shreveport, LA as Tech Support Manager, according to Bryant Wilson, CEO.

“We're excited to have Brian at On Hold Company,” said Wilson. “His range of technical experience and supervisory skills make him a perfect fit for this vital role in our company. Furthermore, we believe that his appointment is a sign of our commitment to lead the industry. Our new service solutions as well as the increasing demand from our customers caused us to consider an addition to our team that would fit with our philosophy of innovation and exceptional service. We consider ourselves very fortunate that we were able to find someone of Brian’s caliber to fulfill this role.”

Originally from Northern California, Racouillat moved to Shreveport in 2005 where he worked as a supervisor for Comcast Cable. He brings 13 years of management experience to On Hold Company.

“At Comcast I oversaw a team of installers and service technicians in the field,” Racouillat said. “My job was to ensure that everyone followed safety procedures, proper installation procedures and provided excellent customer service.”
