BIZPHYX is pleased to announce that their client Great Plains Communications has become the first Tier III Service Provider in the nation to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification and TL 9000 -V R5.5/5.0 certification, under the product category 7.3.2 for Network Operations Centers.
BIZPHYX led the implementation project for the Great Plains Communications Network Operations Center (NOC), which provides 24/7/365 monitoring, technical support and notification in support of the company's 5,000 mile fiber network. Great Plains Communications is Nebraska's largest privately owned telecommunications service provider and is now the nation's first Tier III Service Provider to certify to TL 9000, the ICT quality management standard.

TL 9000 certification includes a rigorous set of requirements which must be measured and audited on an ongoing basis. As part of the certification process, the Great Plains Communications NOC was audited by NQA (National Quality Assurance) and awarded their certificate in May 2015.
