Johnson has been a member of the ResMan® team since April, and before coming to ResMan had over 15 years of experience in customer care and support. Joel leads a client services team eager to provide the ResMan® Experience through exceptional software implementation, account management, training, and support.

Johnson received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communication from the University of Oregon, and his MBA from Texas A&M University - Commerce. He enjoys playing bass guitar, exercising, and spending time with his three children and wife, Sierra.
