Today, Magnus Health, the leading provider of student medical record software and services, announced the acquisition of CareFlow, a Pennsylvania-based software company that serves K-12 private schools through its student health record software.
“We are pleased to bring on board the CareFlow team and technology,” said Magnus Health CEO, James Burns. “Combining resources will enable us to innovate faster and expand our client loyalty team to provide outstanding support to our growing client base of now more than 400 schools.”
The CareFlow organization will merge with Magnus Health’s existing K-12 student medical record, forming an expanded team dedicated to K-12 private schools. Magnus Health will continue to be led by Burns. Brian Biddulph-Krentar, former CareFlow CEO and founder, will join Magnus Health as Chief Product Officer and will lead the product roadmap and development efforts.
“CareFlow is very excited to become a part of the Magnus family. Both organizations are laser-focused on facilitating the best possible student care both on- and off-campus. By combining the best of both companies, we intend to deliver the strongest and most comprehensive solution yet and provide our customers with industry-leading client services and support,” said Biddulph-Krentar.
The combination expands Magnus Health’s software offerings and further positions the company as the leading student medical record software vendor in the world.
