Barbara M. Pizzolato, a local Estate Planning Attorney, will be presenting a series of educational workshops on Estate Planning for residents of Collier County, Florida.

The two hour workshop will cover several important issues, including:

  • The advantages and disadvantages of Wills and Living Trusts
  • Why putting property in children’s names may be a mistake
  • How to plan an estate so it may pass to loved ones most efficiently
  • How probate works, and more importantly, how probate may be avoided altogether
  • How children’s inheritance may be protected from probate, lawsuits, and unstable marriages
