New Vice President of Business Development Chris Stein brings years of hospitality experience and love of the industry to Stonebridge Companies’ Corporate Team.

Stonebridge Companies is pleased to welcome Vice President of Business Development Chris Stein to its talented and knowledgeable staff. Stonebridge has earned a reputation as one of the nation’s leading hospitality management and development companies, employing sophisticated management practices and a commitment to “Distinguished Hospitality”. Mr. Stein will be leveraging Stonebridge’s diverse, national platform to source additional 3rd-party management opportunities, evaluate new partnerships and alliances, and coordinate with current partners to enhance existing relationships.

Prior to joining Stonebridge, Stein was Vice President of Acquisitions & Development for Highgate Hotels, an integrated hospitality management and real estate investment company. While there, Highgate developed, acquired and assumed management of assets with value in excess of $2 billion. Previous experience includes 11 years with Hospitality Real Estate Counselors (HREC), a leading national hotel and casino advisory firm, where as Senior Vice President he lead a team focused on consulting, appraisal and litigation support. His hospitality career began at the Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino, where Stein became a Hotel Manager within a year. Stein is a graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas William F. Harrah’s School of Hotel Administration and is active in their alumni association.
