UGE and Clear Blue Technologies Announce Strategic Partnership for Off-Grid Lighting

The arrangement allows UGE to focus on it’s fast growing distributed renewable energy solutions market while still participating indirectly through the off-grid lighting market.
UGE designs onsite energy systems for businesses worldwide that offers immediate cost savings to clients. Clear Blue develops the industry’s most advanced off-grid solar and wind powered lighting systems, which are monitored, controlled and proactively serviced over the Internet. With this agreement, Clear Blue will support UGE’s off-grid lighting customer base, and work with UGE and their partners on new lighting opportunities. UGE’s Sanya lighting series will become part of Clear Blue’s product line, expanding its offerings to the market.
