QUADROtech Extends its Cloud-Powered Migrations to Live User Mailboxes with the Release of MailboxShuttle.cloud

Leading email migration company, QUADROtech, announces the imminent release of the cloud-enabled version of MailboxShuttle - the comprehensive solution for the migration of live user mailboxes to Exchange 2013 and Office 365.

Moving data to new platforms is a major IT challenge. MailboxShuttle.cloud is designed for those organizations looking to migrate live email, but who do not want to provision on-premise servers to control the migration. Instead MailboxShuttle.cloud allocates a dedicated migration core in QUADROtech’s cloud data centers to control the migration. This approach drastically reduces the impact on resources needed for traditional on premises migrations, enabling live mailbox migration to start almost immediately.

“Further to the success of ArchiveShuttle.cloud and in response to customer demand, we decided to develop a cloud version of MailboxShuttle,” said Mike Weaver, Product Owner. “Organizations with a smaller email environment loved our solution, but were wary of the need to provision temporary servers for the migration. MailboxShuttle.cloud takes that problem away by supplying the core services from our cloud datacenters”.

QUADROtech have continued with their intuitive approach to technology; MailboxShuttle.cloud has an attractive and easy-to-use dashboard. All that is required on-premise is to deploy the appropriate target and source modules and allocate a staging area. The Control Dashboard is supported by text and video-based instructions meaning that professional services are not essential, however an optional half- day quick start consultancy package is available if desired.

As part of QUADROtech’s focus on security, no content is transferred to the cloud. The QUADROtech cloud data centers are used only to control the process, and as such only meta-data is exchanged between local and cloud servers which is encrypted both locally and in transit.

“We are excited to usher in the next era for QUADROtech and MailboxShuttle” said Peter Kozak, CEO, QUADROtech. “Cloud usage is expected to double in the next three years, so we’ve spent time innovating to develop products to help our partners and customers be successful in the cloud. MailboxShuttle.cloud will do this by enabling a more successful, efficient and safe migration experience for our customers.”

With the release of MailboxShuttle.cloud QUADROtech are continuing to drive down the complexity in this industry by providing solutions that will enable organizations of all sizes to kick-start migration projects quickly, delivering a unique migration experience and increasing speed-to-adoption.

MaiboxShuttle.cloud will exit private beta at the end of July 2015. For more information, please visit http://www.quadrotech-it.com/products/mailboxshuttle.
