Moore has over 20 years of human resource management experience. Most recently, she was Vice President of Human Resources for New York Air Brake, where she headed the HR function for six locations and was a member of its strategic leadership committee. Prior to that, Ms. Moore worked at Carthage Area Hospital, King & King Architects, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Utica/Water. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, both earned at the University of Maryland. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Managers and a Certified Employee Benefits (CEB) certification.
