PEDALFEST

The celebration related to all-things bicycling, returns to Oakland. Free to attend, the annual event will fill the Oakland waterfront with more that 20,000 biking enthusiasts, bicycle-themed entertainment, food and exhibits. Live performances include bicycling daredevils showing off stunts on a velodrome and ramp!
ART + SOUL

August brings back the 15th annual Oakland’s popular art, music and food festival. Downtown Oakland is transformed into a creative, musical, and family-friendly playground. Enjoy musical acts on three stages featuring headliners Oakland’s own Sheila E. and the Family Stone. Festivalgoers will also be treated with live art performances from BANDALOOP, the pioneering vertical dance company who’s last performance scaling off the sides of Oakland City Hall generated 2 million views on YouTube!
