Aspire Lifestyles is expanding its services and opportunities in the Southwest United States, via the opening of a Concierge center in Phoenix, AZ. As this Concierge center will provide job opportunities for 20+ local residents when it opens in September 2015, Aspire Lifestyles is now recruiting part-time and full-time Concierges to work from the new Phoenix Concierge center, providing excellent customer service on behalf of some of our most valuable clients.

Aspire Lifestyles Concierges have a passion for travel, dining and entertainment, and love to deliver excellent, high-quality customer service to elite clientele via phone, email, and/or chat, researching and fulfilling interesting customer requests in categories including dining, entertainment, travel, sports and recreation, tourist and city information, gifts, and more.

Prospective Concierges are invited to attend our hiring open house, on Thursday July 30, 2015 from 10am to 3pm. The open house will be held at 1250 West Washington Street, Suite 442 in Tempe, AZ. On-the-spot interviews will be held, so attendees should bring an up-to-date resume and be prepared to meet with a hiring manager.

Qualified candidates should possess 2+ years of related customer service, a polite, friendly and knowledgeable phone demeanor, a strong hospitality and service orientation, a highly resourceful, strong investigative nature and outstanding customer satisfaction and follow-through skills. The Aspire Lifestyles Phoenix Concierge Center will operate 24/7/365, requiring Concierges who are available weekends and holidays. Full-time Concierges will work 30-40 hours/week, while part-time Concierges will work 15-29 hours/week.
