Turner recognizes Baylor Scott & White Health’s commitment to growth in Downtown Dallas

We are grateful for this very meaningful recognition, and I want to thank Turner Construction Company and Downtown Dallas Inc. for all they are doing to make the downtown Dallas area such a unique and special place for our residents, workers and visitors.

Turner Construction Company and Downtown Dallas, Inc. presented Baylor Scott & White Health with the 2014 Silver Star Award at Turner’s quarterly meeting held at the TEXO Association. Joel T. Allison, FACHE, CEO, Baylor Scott & White Health, accepted the award on behalf of the organization.

The Silver Star Award was created in 2011 to coincide with Turner’s 25th Anniversary of its Regional Office in the North Texas community. The Award recognizes outstanding leadership and contribution to Downtown Dallas and the surrounding community. Baylor Scott & White Health’s contribution to Dallas is clearly evidenced by its long-term presence and continual expansion at its Dallas campus and through its active leadership in the greater Dallas community. These are key reasons why Turner and Downtown Dallas, Inc. selected Baylor Scott & White Health as the 2014 recipient of the Silver Star Award.
