A joint-venture partnership between Asset Plus Companies and Diamond Realty Investments, Inc. has announced the ground breaking of The Domain at Oxford, a 642-bed purpose-built student housing community situated just south of The University of Mississippi.

The Domain, located east of Old Taylor Road on Oxford Way, includes a mix of one-, two- and four- bedroom suite-style units. The property features an 11,000 square foot clubhouse with a club-like exercise facility, “Fitness on Demand” classes, theater room, private study rooms, pro-style volleyball court, basketball court, resort style pool and outdoor fire pit.

Private amenities for the gated community include fully furnished units with a custom designed furniture package, private bedrooms with full private bathrooms, hardwood-style floors and granite countertops. Each apartment is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, stainless-steel kitchen appliances and a flat screen TV.

The Domain at Oxford, managed by Asset Campus Housing, will begin pre-leasing this month and will be ready for move-in August 2016.
