Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily developer, investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., today announced that it has begun leasing up its newest apartment community in Portland – Modera Goose Hollow.

The transit-oriented apartment community, which features 134 apartment homes, is located in the Goose Hollow neighborhood at 2004 SW Jefferson St in the West End of Portland. Nestled in one of Portland's oldest neighborhoods, Goose Hollow offers a modern, walkable lifestyle with an active light rail system providing service throughout Portland, its suburbs and the Portland International Airport.
