SourceLink, an industry-leading multichannel marketing services firm and statement solutions provider, announces three upcoming webinars – planned for September, October and November. These sessions are meant to share methodologies to enhance the customer experience, explore industry trends in financial services, and explore emerging marketing technology that will impact how digital and direct mail continue to work together to engage consumers.

The first session, entitled “5 Steps to Understanding and Mapping the Customer Journey,” covers how marketers can begin mapping the customer journey to better understand which channels customers prefer, to increase customer engagement, and to measure overall ROI. The process of identifying and addressing gaps—whether in marketing, member service or product innovation—enables marketers to create a consistent, personal and profitable relationship with members at every interaction. This session will take place September 15 at 2:00 PM Eastern, and pre-registration for this session is open now.

Financial services experts from Mintel Comperemedia join SourceLink for the second session, planned for mid-October. This session will feature an industry analyst from the Mintel team and highlight recent trends in Financial Services. In November, SourceLink experts alongside marketing technology wizard, Marty Agius from Semcasting, will discuss emerging technologies that are impacting direct marketing. This session will be focused on ways to combine offline and online marketing to directly target known prospects, and how to utilize customer intelligence to better build new target lists and campaigns.
