Company Retreats are the topic of a new "In America" program hosted by James Earl Jones
(PRWEB) July 20, 2015 -- While most Americans have heard of company retreats, many do not actually know what goes on at these events. A new episode of “In America” will take a close look at what corporate retreats are really all about. The episode will be hosted by famed actor and voice-over talent, James Earl Jones.
The segment seeks to inform viewers about the growing popularity of corporate retreats with a specific focus on what actually happens at these events. Most companies opt to embark on a corporate retreat when they have projects that are too time consuming to fit into the typical one or two hour meeting slot. The corporate retreat functions as a more laid back means of hashing such a project out. Whether it is creating a strategic plan, launching a new project or developing a team, a corporate retreat provides the proper context to get it done. Yet it must be noted that other companies fund corporate retreats as a means of building a rapport between employees that will hopefully transfer to the workplace. "In America" will be featuring both those running these events as well as representatives of participating organizations.
Don't miss this episode of “In America”. The program is independently produced and developed. They are not associated with APT or PBS.
