Allied Real Estate Schools, an accredited online career training school serving working and career-seeking adults throughout the nation, has expanded its product offering to include three new Florida Real Estate Continuing Education courses. The three courses are bundled into one 14-hour package, designed to meet the real estate license renewal guidelines set forth by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).
“Real estate professionals lead extremely busy lives,” said Director of Education, Eric Sharkey. “As is true of many of our other offerings, Allied’s new Florida CE course modules are self-paced, allowing students to complete their continuing education requirements on their own schedules. ”
The Florida Real Estate CE Package (14-Hour) contains:
- One three-hour Real Estate License Law Update course
- One five-hour Florida Property Management course
- One six-hour Florida Financing Strategies course
Each course consists of a number of required chapters with assignments, online multiple-choice quizzes, and a 15-minute, non-proctored, online final exam. Students are allowed a maximum of five attempts to pass the online final. Florida real estate agents can enroll online in all three courses for $18.00. Individual CE courses can be purchased by calling (800) 617-3513.
