July 22nd event marks the successful completion of the landmark development project.

Almost a decade in the making, The Boatworks Commons provides beautiful new options in living, dining, public parking, a plaza, and a community room on the shores of White Bear Lake.

A festive evening will mark the grand opening of The Boatworks Commons, an 85-unit apartment, community center, and public plaza in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The grand opening celebration will take place on:

  • July 22nd
  • 5 - 8 p.m.
  • 4495 Lake Avenue South, White Bear Lake - The Community Room and Public Plaza

Attendees are welcome to enjoy catering by neighboring restaurant Acqua and games on the plaza green. The event will also feature short discussions on the past, present, and future of the amazing new location by the Johnson family, building developers, and City council members.

Almost a decade in the making, The Boatworks Commons is the result of a public/private partnership between Lander Group, At Home Apartments, the City of White Bear Lake, the Metropolitan Council, Ramsey County, and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The development replaces the historically-significant Johnson Boatworks building and provides public parking, a plaza, and a community room in addition to apartment and restaurant space. Its location on the shores of White Bear Lake supports local dining, biking and jogging, and all that White Bear Lake offers.

Apartments in the 85-unit building are currently over 70% leased. Find full property description and availability listing on http://www.boatworkscommons.com or by phone at 651-604-8098.
