Livingston, NJ (PRWEB) July 21, 2015
Attorney Samuel J. Stoia, whose practice is dedicated to family and domestic law, today announced the opening of his new office at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey 07039. This news is concurrent with Stoia’s Clients’ Choice Award from Avvo, a highly respected attorney rating service.
Sam’s practice focuses exclusively on family and domestic law. The NJ divorce firm handles cases involving all aspects of divorce, including equitable distribution, child and spousal support, as well as child custody and visitation. In addition, Stoia protects clients by drafting and reviewing agreements, including prenuptial/postnuptial for both heterosexual and same sex couples. The firm also represents unmarried clients involved in child custody and parenting issues.
“Family issues are among the most challenging aspects of life,” shared Sam. “Not only are they emotionally overwhelming, but they also raise financial concerns. I am there to listen to my clients and guide them through the process. My goal is to make them see past their immediate problems and assure them of the best possible outcome. Meanwhile, I am also there to work out the business end of their relationships.”
Upon graduating from law school in 1994, Stoia launched his career as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Penza, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division – Family Part. Sam also was an attorney for law firms in New Jersey, where his practice concentration was in both family law and business law litigation. Prior to working as an attorney, Stoia worked in public accounting. This gave him an intimate knowledge base of the financial issues that can dominate the vast majority of family law matters. Stoia knows the importance of making the numbers work for his clients.
Attorney Stoia was honored with Avvo’s Clients’ Choice Award for Divorce in 2014. Avvo ratings are considered an unbiased system, utilizing a mathematical formula based on the information shown in a lawyer's profile, including a lawyer's years in practice, disciplinary history, professional achievements and industry recognition. Avvo also affords clients the opportunity to review their attorney. One of Sam Stoia’s clients referred to him as “a thorough, extremely intelligent and caring attorney.” She shared that Sam “made a painful and incredibly stressful situation bearable, and his superior knowledge of the law ensured a fair result that provided me with a future that I look forward to eagerly, instead of dreading. He is invaluable as a resource, and I would highly recommend him to anyone I cared about with the utmost confidence.”
