Stacey T. Kern has joined the Chicago office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a shareholder in the Corporate & Securities Practice.

Stacey T. Kern has joined the Chicago office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a shareholder in the Corporate & Securities Practice. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner with Baker & McKenzie.

Kern will continue to focus her practice on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and general corporate matters. She represents financial sponsors, public companies, and privately held companies in connection with domestic and international transactions across a broad range of industries.

Kern earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, her M.A. from Duke University, and her A.B., magna cum laude, from Duke University.
