Beach City Baseball Academy (BCBA) Sponsors World Championship Little League Academy From Tokyo.
El Segundo, California (PRWEB) July 23, 2015 -- Beach City Baseball Academy (BCBA), the premier baseball training facility in Southern California and the proud sponsor of the Japan National Little League Championship Baseball Academy, Tokyo Kitasuna, announced today that its sister team Tokyo Kitasuna of Japan will once again compete in the little league world series this year representing Japan. Through its continued sponsorship of the Japan National Little League championship team, Beach City Baseball hopes to help them robustly participate in the 2015 Little League Baseball World Series, taking place in Williamsport, Pa Aug. 20th-30th, 2015. The Kitasuna team is playing in the opening game of the World Series on Friday August 20th 2015 at 6PM EST, which will be televised on ESPN.
“We are thrilled to be able to continue this support through this sponsorship and are excited to help give these children an experience that we hope will change their lives while uniting the global community as well,” says BCBA manager Richard Murad. “The Kitasuna Club Organization is home to many strong teams and has a long standing tradition of championship victories and has proven to enhance the experience at the Little League World Series through fierce competition and admirable sportsmanship.” This will be Kitasuna Little League's fifth trip to the World Series, which they have won twice.
Beach City Baseball Academy will also be hosting team Kitasuna and the German National Team for the 5th annual International 12 and under baseball tournament, which will take place in El Segundo, Calif. March 26th-27th, 2016.
Up to 10 local southern California teams will participate in the cross-cultural tournament, which provides local children with an opportunity to gain global experience by meeting and competing with a dynamic coaching organization, and disciplined team that brings a very unique perspective to training, fitness and teamwork.
