SelfRecruitment Launch set to Revolutionise Construction Recruitment

Changing the way people find work in the construction industry. Putting more money in trades people’s pockets and saving contractors thousands of pounds.

A new concept in construction recruitment launched last week and saw ‘Builders' Buns’ everywhere as the SelfRecruitment van visited construction sites all over London handing out thousands of bacon rolls to construction workers.

For less than 50p per week construction workers can now connect directly with Contractors looking to hire. They can create a profile to showcase their skills, upload CVs and store important documentation such as CSCS cards, Health & Safety certificates, timesheets and invoices for end of year accounts. An online calendar enables job tracking and shows availability for work providing a one-stop shop for self-employed trades people with everything they need at their fingertips.

It’s win/win, as Contractors can hire as many staff as they like for a membership fee of only £49.99 per month. Being able to contact trades people directly saves time and they stand to save thousands of pounds on traditional agency fees.

Self Recruitment has also entered into some partnerships giving members lots of added benefits including discounts on mobile phone insurance, trade insurance and travel from Simply Business, Perkbox, Commuter Club and Bop Creative.

For the first two months it’s free for both trades people and Contractors to register if they sign-up before the end of July.
