eTERA Consulting Paves the Way in Mentorship and Training with Premier Data Analyst Development Program
(PRWEB) July 22, 2015 -- eTERA Consulting, an internationally recognized and award-winning leader in data and technology management, today announced the success seen to-date of the company’s Data Analyst Development Program (DADP). Established in 2012, the DADP provides recent college graduates interested in a career in data analytics and reporting, technology management or litigation support with practical, hands-on experience proven to jumpstart and advance their careers at eTERA.
Young professionals enrolled in the DADP undergo intensive training and shadowing on projects in which they learn transferrable skills across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) directly from senior management staff. Since the program’s inception, over one half of the employees have been promoted to various positions including Project Managers, Business Intelligence Analysts and ESI Specialists.
“Over the past three years, eTERA has come to understand which candidates will make the best, most promising additions to the team with the combination of a solid educational background, excellent customer service skills, and an array of technical skills,” stated Joe Kanka, Vice President of Corporate Development at eTERA. “The DADP has become a core element of eTERA’s global growth strategy, better allowing the company to provide clients with solutions that lead to effective data management and enhanced decision-making abilities.”
“eTERA has offered me the opportunity to choose the direction that has made the most sense for me, my goals, and my educational background,” Soleil Grant, Project Manager at eTERA stated. “After nearly three years at eTERA, I feel extremely well positioned to further my legal career as the industry continues to evolve.”
“We developed the DADP because we saw a lack of fresh, innovative ideas coming from the veterans in the industry – we wanted to introduce newer thoughts into the work we provide to our clients, which has proven to be very beneficial to us,” stated Jerry Drew, Director, Operations/Client Delivery System at eTERA. “Having achieved a 95% retention rate since the start of the DADP, we look forward to continuing to mentor these young professionals to ensure they have the opportunity to realize their full potential within the legal industry.”
Candidates interested in the DADP may send their resumes to marketing(at)eteraconsulting(dot)com for review and consideration.
