CISCA Honors WoodTrends by Sound Seal with a Construction Excellence Entry of Note

The recognition is for two recent install projects using WoodTrends products.
The Austin Chinese Church in Austin, Texas selected its WoodTrends WoodGrille™ ceiling panels for their acoustical needs. The WoodGrille panel was the ideal choice for this religious facility, which wanted to deliver an improved acoustical experience for its congregants while adding to the design aesthetics of the space. Another important factor in the decision was longevity. Marisco Hall Imaging Research Building, A university lab and cancer research facility, serves students and faculty within both UNC-Chapel Hill’s School of Medicine and the Eschelman School of Pharmacy. One of the largest buildings on campus, the 343,000 sq.-ft. structure is a centerpiece of UNC’s research community, featuring state-of-the-art imaging equipment. In this case, the decision was made to move forward with WoodTrends Custom Ceiling Panels for this 10,000 sqft. ceiling project.
