Receiving Recognition for Compassionate Care and Innovative Processes: Celtic Healthcare CEO Arnie Burchianti Wins Regional EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award
(PRWEB) July 28, 2015 -- PeopleKeys today announced that their partner, Celtic Healthcare CEO Arnie Burchianti, has been named the regional winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. The award recognizes the important strides Burchianti and Celtic Healthcare have made in the field of home healthcare, and the innovative work they have done in incorporating new technology, processes, and procedures into their homecare, hospice, and virtual care services.
Previously nominated as a finalist for the award in 2002, 2005, and 2012, Burchianti was selected as the award’s 2015 winner from a large pool of candidates from businesses throughout Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Burchianti was honored in a celebration at the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of Year WPA WV Gala, where he delivered an impassioned speech about his commitment to Celtic’s mission of providing the right care at the right time in the right place to all individuals according to their wishes.
PeopleKeys founder and CEO Dr. Sanford Kulkin said, “We’d like to congratulate our friend Arnie Burchianti and Celtic Healthcare on this well-deserved award. In over ten years of working with Celtic Healthcare, I’ve been consistently impressed by Arnie’s commitment to new technologies, and his compassionate, patient-focused approach to health care. Partnering with Celtic Healthcare has been a great honor for PeopleKeys. We have deep admiration and respect for the work that Arnie has accomplished, and feel privileged to be a part of the important work that Celtic Healthcare does.”
Dr. Kulkin and PeopleKeys have been working with Burchianti and Celtic Healthcare since shortly after Celtic Healthcare’s inception in 2000. PeopleKeys has worked closely with Burchianti on creating Celtic Healthcare’s strategic plan for hiring and training staff, streamlining administrative and clinical processes, teambuilding, and establishing strong communication between patients and staff. Kulkin and Burchianti have also worked together to use PeopleKeys’ resources to assist with implementing yearly surveys of staff and management, administering executive coaching sessions, and generating validation studies of patient care excellence.
As a regional winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award, Burchianti is invited to the US Entrepreneur of the Year Strategic Growth Forum in Palm Springs, California. The overall national US winner will compete for the World Entrepreneur of the Year title in Monaco.
PeopleKeys congratulates Burchianti for the instrumental role he has played in shaping Celtic’s groundbreaking approach to healthcare, and looks forward to many more years of innovative, forward-thinking partnership. Burchainti has demonstrated his unwavering commitment to enhancing quality of life for patients and their families, and his award signifies a bright future for Celtic Healthcare.
