LECMPA, provider of wage loss protection for railroad and transportation workers, today announced it has received a Gold Award for Customer Service from the Customer Sales and Service World Awards program which is part of the Silicon Valley United States (SVUS) worldwide recognition programs.

The coveted annual Customer Sales and Service Awards program leverages active participation from a broad spectrum of industry voices and encompasses the world’s best in Customer Service operations and other business activities. The awards celebrate the people, programs, and companies for their sales and service efforts in keeping customers satisfied.

LECMPA is a nonprofit, member-owned company founded in 1910 to initially provide job protection to union railroad workers. It has expanded to provide job insurance protection to workers in all union transportation crafts.
