South Shore Medical Center (SSMC), based in Norwell, MA, is an independently owned, not-for-profit organization, with facilities spanning three locations. Founded in 1962, its multi-specialty private practice of over 100 providers is engaged in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, wellness, surgery, and obstetrics/gynecology.
