Ted Williamson Joins Ironstone Team

New Professional Development Specialist will provide practice management advice to financial advisory firms.

Andrea Schlapia, CEO & Founder of Ironstone, announces the addition of Professional Development Specialist, Ted Williamson, to the Ironstone Team.

Williamson is a retirement planning and practice management specialist with over 30 years in the financial services industry.

Ted has worked with several Fortune 500 companies: including MetLife, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Financial as an Investment Advisor as well as a principal in training and development of hundreds of financial professionals.

After a decade of successful retail sales, Ted parlayed his background in Educational Development and became the designated professional trainer for what was then Prudential Securities and is today known as Wells Fargo Advisors.

Several years later he was approached by American Skandia and was asked to join the team charged with building a corporate training facility. In this role, Ted led all training for both the external and internal sales forces with particular emphasis on consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and leadership.

Prior to joining Ironstone, Ted was a National Sales Manager with WealthVest Marketing where he was appointed with recruiting, coaching, and consulting with many of the top wholesalers in the country.

Ms. Schlapia says,
