Atlanta-based fiduciary litigation firm adds Clair Bryan to the legal team

Clair is a talented and ambitious young attorney, and we are thrilled to welcome her to our practice at Gaslowitz Frankel.

Gaslowitz Frankel LLC, Georgia’s premier fiduciary litigation law firm, is pleased to welcome its newest associate, Clair Bryan.

Ms. Bryan earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2012, where she was a graduate teaching assistant and graduate research assistant for Professor Mary Radford. With an academic focus in the areas of trusts, estates, guardianship and conservatorships, and alternative dispute resolution, Ms. Bryan published three articles in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) Journal on topics involving fiduciary law. Additionally, she was awarded with the GSU Litigation Program Award and placed first in the NAELA 2010 Student Writing Competition.

Since 2012, Ms. Bryan has advocated for low-income clients, working at both the DeKalb office and the Georgia Senior Legal Hotline project of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and has volunteered her legal expertise for the Georgia Benefits Counsel. She has litigated cases in administrative hearings, and at the magistrate, state, and superior court levels.
