WellDyne Selects e-Spirit's FirstSpirit CMS to Improve Customer Experience through Personalization, Rich Content
Boston, MA (PRWEB) July 28, 2015 -- e-Spirit Inc., a leading supplier of content management solutions, today announced that WellDyne (http://www.welldyne.com) has selected the FirstSpirit content management system as a core enabling technology for a comprehensive redesign of its websites and portals with the aim of improving the customer experience, in part through delivery of personalized content. WellDyne expects the first site based on FirstSpirit to go live later this year.
“We’re improving on our digital assets to create a better user experience. We’ll do this by providing updated and relevant content to each user,” said Laura Casanova, Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications for WellDyne. “Now that customers expect businesses to know them and anticipate their needs, the move to FirstSpirit will allow us to meet this expectation and provide a more engaging experience for our members.”
One of the aspects of FirstSpirit that stood out during an extensive evaluation process was usability. After looking at several CMS options, a cross-functional team that included representatives from both marketing and IT found that FirstSpirit would best meet WellDyne’s key criteria. These included ease of integration with existing technology, the ability to set up customized pages for clients and members, and intuitive operation for both technical and non-technical users.
”Initially, we’ll use FirstSpirit for our pharmacy benefits management member portals to provide information custom to client benefit plans,” Casanova added. “Eventually we’ll use it to manage six websites for our other lines of business. FirstSpirit will allow the marketing team to easily manage content for all these sites, rather than just the two we currently manage. It will also relieve IT of the burden of making content changes.”
By moving to a central system for managing and publishing content to users, WellDyne is in effect creating a corporate content cloud that is both easy-to-use and promotes content re-use. “As WellDyne’s decision to adopt FirstSpirit illustrates, improvement in the customer experience starts by improving the user experience and by integrating backend systems with the CMS,” said Robert Bredlau, chief operating officer for e-Spirit, Inc. “We are excited that WellDyne has selected FirstSpirit and we look forward to a long and successful partnership.”
