Kauffman Foundation Director of Research & Policy Will Speak to U.S. House Members on Entrepreneurship’s Impact on Economy
Washington, DC (PRWEB) July 27, 2015 -- Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation Director of Research and Policy E.J. Reedy will address members of the U.S. House of Representatives regarding the role of entrepreneurship in creating economic opportunities for Americans. The event will be streamed live from 2-4 p.m. EDT with Reedy’s remarks on the first panel from 2-2:30 p.m. EDT.
In addition to sharing research on how entrepreneurship impacts U.S. job creation, Reedy will outline the Kauffman Foundation’s initiative, called the “New Entrepreneurial Growth Agenda,” that seeks to solve major economic challenges through new business creation. Reedy will also discuss several areas of public policy that impact entrepreneurship and growth, including those dealing with taxes, immigration, the structure of regulations and intellectual property.
