Sankara Ramnath is Founder and CEO of U2K Consulting LLP, and a former member of the Board of Prism Cement Limited, a $1 billion building materials company, listed on the National Stock Exchange of India. He is also a Certified Mentor Coach and a qualified Trainer for Trainers in the field of Leadership and Personal Effectiveness. Nina Simosko is the Chief Product Officer for NTT Innovation Institute Inc. (NTT i3), the Silicon Valley-based open innovation and applied research and development center of NTT Group.

Mr. Ramnath started his career in 1981 in Larsen and Toubro Limited, the largest Engineering conglomerate in India, and worked for 17 years at various locations and in diverse product lines before joining Prism Cement Ltd, in 1998. During his 34 year career, he has been responsible for business strategy, project conceptualization and execution, launching new products, operations, financial and performance management. He has a passion for teaching and continues to be engaged as visiting faculty in Management and Organizational Development at leading management institutes. He is based at Mumbai, India.
Ms. Simosko leads the development and commercialization of NTT i3 groundbreaking platforms and solutions aimed at today's Digital Businesses. Prior to her role with NTT, Simosko held numerous executive positions such as Head of Strategy, Planning and Operation for Nike IT, Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Premier Customer Network at SAP, and others leadership positions at both Siebel and Oracle. She is based close to her company’s headquarters in the Silicon Valley region of Northern California.
