Nantucket Themed Ping-Pong Lounge Opens at Frames Bowling Lounge
New York, NY (PRWEB) July 29, 2015 -- Adirondack chairs, flickering lanterns, chesterfield rugs, palm trees, and beach balls are the last thing you might expect to see inside the Port Authority.
Welcome to the Nantucket inspired Ping Pong summer pop-up inside Frames Bowling Lounge.
Complete with 4 high-end Joola Ping-Pong Tables, a full service bar, strobe lighting, over-sized beanbag chairs, and nautical wall art, this recently opened space feels more like an immersive summer getaway under the stars than a midtown bar and lounge. The intimate room can host up to 75 guests, with rates staring at $19 per table for a half-hour of play.
The ping pong oasis features a full service bar, handcrafted seasonal dining menu complete with sizzling burgers, hearty sandwiches, appetizers, salads and tasty sides. With over 10 premium beers on tap and table-side service, the space is perfect for after work Happy Hour, or late night drinks with friends.
Because we can all benefit from being transported to a breezy summer evening straight from a Hemingway novel.
Frames Bowling Lounge is located at 550 Ninth Avenue, at the corner of West 40th Street, with a secondary entrance through Port Authority. The Ping Pong Lounge opens to the public on July 29, 2015 and will be open daily from noon to 11pm, and 2am on Weekends.
