West Frankfort, Illinois (PRWEB) August 03, 2015 -- Stress relief is as close as the nearest lake. Crownline’s new 270 SS is sleek, sexy and designed for fast action—wakeboarding, water skiing, tubing—or cruising and relaxing. Either way, this new bowrider will have boaters and their families begging to spend every spare moment on the water.
The lustrous, double hull band gelcoat design and stainless steel deck accents enhance the distinct signature Crownline styling, while the patented F.A.S.T. Tab® hull not only adds to its appealing great looks, but also ensures true performance. Excellent time to plane, stability in high-speed turns and minimized drag are guaranteed benefits of this proven hull design.
The “Social Swim” transom area features a convenient new electric sun lounge seat with a dual actuator to allow the seat to be positioned at any angle desired. Two transom speakers are also standard here (and may be upgraded to Wet Sounds), for enhanced stereo sound. A soft-touch swim platform mat, stainless steel boarding ladder and hand-held transom shower are also notable standard features of the 270 SS.
The interior of the Crownline 270 SS was designed for comfort and convenience. The conversation-friendly J-wrap cockpit seating features ergonomically designed seatbacks for optimum comfort. There’s additional seating for two located behind the driver bucket seat. The hinged seat cushion provides easy access to the 25-quart cooler stored beneath. This seating area can be exchanged for an optional cockpit galley with a stainless steel sink and faucet, solid- surface top and finished storage area or cockpit refrigerator. The passenger and driver have standard flip-up bolsters and are beautifully accented with a Crownline stainless steel logo on the seat backs. The beautifully appointed vinyl-wrapped helm has a moonrock steering wheel with polished spokes and features a standard Raymarine A65 touchscreen MFD with engine data display.
There’s an abundance of storage throughout the boat, with innovative new built-in drawer storage located in the ski locker—a perfect place to stow the optional side mount cockpit table. Deep storage areas beneath the J-wrap seats feature spray-in liners for easy cleanup.
Bow closeout doors are standard equipment for added comfort during early and late boating seasons. The bow features hot tub-style seating with a massive amount of storage beneath for all your gear and water toys. There’s also a convenient locker to stow your anchor and rope.
The 270 SS features a well-appointed head compartment, with cabinetry with sink, storage, light, opening screened portlight window for ventilation, hand-held shower with pressurized water system and a porta potti.
Stainless steel is abundant throughout the 270 SS bowrider. Pull-up cleats, grab handles and cupholders are conveniently placed, stainless steel windshield header with windshield lock, stainless steel rubrail with white extrusion, shocks for sundeck and lids, and more!
Customer-driven standard features in addition to those previously mentioned include 12V receptacle, 36-quart cooler, depth sounder with outside air and water temperature display, dual battery switch, port side glove box, tilt steering wheel and much more! The sound system features a Jensen Marine stereo and six speakers throughout the boat, including the two at the transom.
