US Army Forces Command Awards ProModel Corporation a Multiyear, Multimillion Dollar Contract
Allentown, PA (PRWEB) August 26, 2015 -- ProModel Corporation, a leading predictive analytic software and services company, today announced that US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) awarded ProModel a multiyear; multimillion dollar contract. The contract awarded, through The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is for functional support and maintenance of the Army Force Generation Synchronization Toolset (AST) at Fort Bragg, NC. The period of performance is 1 July 2015 through 30 June 2016 with two (2) one-year option periods.
AST is the ProModel custom designed authoritative system FORSCOM uses to conduct its unit planning and sourcing process supporting Force Generation. AST provides the Army with the means to view the projected impact of today's sourcing decisions on tomorrow's utilization of the Army inventory moving through the force generation process. AST "on screen" capabilities consolidates data from multiple sources, applies existing or "what if" business rules, predicts the outcome, and automatically depicts results thereby eliminating lengthy manual, linear, and presentation based methods previously employed. AST cut single Courses of Action development time from days to minutes while enabling multiple Courses of Action within the same timeframe.
ProModel serves the United States Federal Government and Department of Defense by providing innovative and adaptable custom and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technologies and professional services that help commands synchronize operational needs, mitigate risk, and optimize resources.
“ProModel is very pleased to continue working with FORSCOM, and to provide the Army with our innovative decision support technology and services,” said Keith Vadas, President and CEO, ProModel Corporation.
