Pentra, Inc. welcomes Jennifer Coyle as the firm's newest Sales Executive. In this capacity, she is responsible for establishing and building relationships with the goal of identifying areas where Pentra can help organizations maximize the value of benefits delivered. Jennifer brings 10 years of industry experience in benefit operations, marketing and relationship management.

Jen spent the first 10 years of her career with Cigna. This provided her with strong technical and operational knowledge. During her tenure at Cigna, Jen saw first-hand how many employers struggled to effectively manage absence and productivity. She established herself as an expert on FMLA and ADA administration, and she understands how to derive positive results from a total absence management program. Her in-depth understanding of the internal operations of a major insurer, coupled with her analytical abilities, provide an excellent foundation for her role as a Sales Executive.

Gordon St. John, Pentra President, notes "we are extremely excited to have Jennifer join our firm. Jen takes a consultative approach that includes working with organizations to review their current programs to determine if there are gaps or opportunities that should be addressed. She will take immediate responsibility for helping the business and human resources community to appreciate what our clients already know: that world class employee benefit consulting service is best delivered by experienced and dedicated professionals who are singularly focused on our clients. That is what sets Pentra apart.”
