Novatus Unveils Milestone Software Release
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) August 03, 2015 -- Novatus, Inc. today launched the largest and most-comprehensive upgrade to date of its industry-defining contract lifecycle management solution, as well as announced the date of its next major release.
Version 6.0 introduces new features designed to increase the speed and ease of contract management tasks as well as enhancements to the customer experience. Users now enjoy a simple drag-and-drop graphic interface to create templates for contract flow, charting the stages a contract will follow during its lifecycle and automating each step with flexible actions and notifications. An enhanced work log provides an expandable summary of every action performed for any contract within the system.
The optional DocuSign native module provides an airtight integration between the two systems, unlocking advanced options for envelope packaging, custom routing and rule sets and the ability for customers to use advanced features recently added by DocuSign. Additionally, Novatus’ electronic signature wizard has been further streamlined to allow all necessary information to appear on a single screen.
This “single pane of glass” user experience carries over to the entire user interface. The solution’s latest UI adds flexibility and additional user-controlled customization, providing a useful, familiar customer experience across smartphones, tablets, or desktop computers.
