EAM-Mosca Adds New Arch Size to Entry-Level Fusion Bundler
Hazle Township, PA (PRWEB) July 31, 2015 -- EAM-Mosca Corp., a leading supplier of banding equipment, announced today that they are expanding their line of ROM Fusion models to include a wider arch following earlier success with smaller track sizes. The Mosca Fusion, introduced to the marketplace in 2012, is an entry level strapper capable of operating at cycle speeds of up to 50/minute. From a pricing perspective the Fusion is positioned to be highly competitive in the entry level strapping machine segment while providing superior value.

It features precise strap tension control, energy saving direct drive motors, and wear-free DC drive brushless motor technology. The ROM Fusion delivers Mosca innovation, quality and performance at a specific price point that is appropriate for mid-level strapping needs. The walk-up, operator cycled strapping system is built around Mosca’s breakthrough DC brushless direct drive technology and features a combination of convenience, low-cost and reliability. Additionally, the unit has an ergonomic front loading dispenser for fast coil change, operator safety and small footprint. A 180° degree pivoting control panel allows operator access from front, back and side.
A further action to increase customer interest and marketability is the availability of 6mm and 9mm strap widths. This is an acknowledgement that distributors and customers who have established business using these strap sizes may be resistant to being restricted to the 5mm and 8mm strap widths that have been the Fusion standards.
The combination of an attractive price point, operating simplicity and high reliability makes the Fusion uniquely attractive to a wider array of strapping machine users than originally targeted, widening its marketing scope for the machine which has become a preferred solution in the printing, mailing, commercial laundry markets since its recent introduction.
The Fusion is now available in the new 1250mm x 600mm arch size, 600 x 500 and 800 x 600.
