Nations Insurance Company Goes into Production on One, Inc. Solutions

Company is using ProcessOne and ContactOne to increase customer retention, streamline their billing and payments processes and enhance data security

Nations Insurance Company, a U.S. Property/Casualty (P&C) Insurer, and One, Inc., a provider of software products to the P&C industry, today announced that Nations Insurance Company has gone into production on One, Inc.’s ProcessOne® and ContactOne™ solutions.

Nations Insurance chose to implement One, Inc.’s payment software to automate their billing and payment processes, enabling the rollout of specialty personal automobile programs for the California market. Additionally, ProcessOne and ContactOne were integrated into their existing policy administration system, Insuresoft’s Diamond software, and integrated into their existing payment portal.

  • Reduce the complexity and cost of PCI compliance, virtually eliminating data security concerns.
