Steven Douglas Associates is proud to announce the addition of Chris Bezick to their Retained Executive Search practice. Chris brings over 10 years in executive search and twenty years in commercial real estate, corporate finance, operations and general management.
Prior to Steven Douglas Associates, Chris founded and successfully ran a boutique executive search firm providing banking clients with retained search in the areas of Wealth Management & Private Banking, Wholesale Banking & Lending, Credit & Risk, Capital Markets, Marketing/Originations, Finance & Accounting/Operations, Community Development Finance and other non-financial services.
Before transitioning to executive search, Chris was Senior Vice President at Ocwen Financial Corporation, a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded holding company engaged in a variety of businesses related to commercial and residential mortgage acquisition, servicing, and asset management. He was a co-founder of the company's commercial real estate division, where he was instrumental in taking a start-up from 3 to 125 employees and a net income of $55 million within five years.
