This promise is 100-percent about the consumer and our confidence to deliver a great massage to every Elements client, says Jeff Jervik, CEO of WellBiz Brands Inc.
Highlands Ranch, Colo. (PRWEB) August 04, 2015
Elements Massage™ (Elements), a national franchise with more than 200 locations throughout the United States, announced at its three-day conference in Las Vegas that it is elevating the brand, which includes implementing the franchise massage industry's first-ever guarantee. The Elements Promise™ underscores Elements' commitment to be number one in customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that the clients' massage will meet or exceed their expectations or the next massage is complimentary*.
Elements wants to empower its clients to receive a massage that best meets their individual needs. In an industry where many massage clients frequently choose not to voice dissatisfaction with a service, encouraging feedback helps clients remain committed to massage as a pathway to health and wellness.
“We know that the majority of clients who have a disappointing experience tend to leave the studio without saying a word and never come back. We want to make sure that doesn't happen by actively promoting The Elements Promise™,” said Jeff Jervik, CEO of WellBiz Brands Inc., parent company of Elements Therapeutic Massage, Inc., franchisor of the Elements brand. “We are so excited to make this commitment to our clients and show our future clients that Elements is the place they should go to incorporate great massage therapy in their wellness plans.”
Elements implemented the promise to give consumers greater clarity in their search for the right massage studio. The objective is for every massage client to be aware that Elements is the place to go for the best massage in the industry.
“We believe that The Elements Promise is a clear way to let the consumer know that Elements is committed to delivering the best massage at every visit, and we have a track record for doing so. "For several years, Elements has been rated as the industry’s top-rated massage provider**,” said John Kutac, chief operating officer at WellBiz Brands, Inc. “We are committed to improving health and wellness for our clients and we want the nation to know where they can go to get the best massage. This promise is 100 percent about the consumer and our confidence to deliver a great massage to every Elements client.”
To support The Elements Promise™, the system has also rolled out a new brand look in its marketing materials and a new website. The new look differentiates Elements in the market with a natural earth-tone color palette and duo-tone photography that conveys the calmness each Elements studio already embodies. The updated website was developed based on customer behavior, and is designed to make it easier for visitors to access what they are searching for, including finding a studio location, contacting a studio, purchasing a gift card and scheduling an appointment.
“These changes represent a way to say thank you to our clients,” Kutac added. “They tell us we are the best, and we want to live up to that reputation and give them even greater incentive to keep coming back. By implementing The Elements Promise™, providing brand distinction with marketing materials and by creating a website that is user friendly, we hope to create a greater connection with both current and future clients.”
Elements currently has over 200 locations across the country with 14 new studios opening in the coming months. Visit the new ElementsMassage.com to learn more about The Elements Promise™ and to find a location near you.
