Knowledge Systems LLC, a recognized information technology consulting firm announced today that it has been named to the Washington Technology Fast 50 List. The prestigious Fast 50 list tracks companies’ growth over the previous 5 years of operations. 2015 represented Knowledge Systems' first year of eligibility for consideration. President David Sawyer commented that “We are very proud of this recognition and of the hard work and dedication of our employees. We pride ourselves on finding and keeping the best employees at Knowledge Systems. Our consistent growth stems directly from the outstanding and responsive service our employees provide to our customers.”
The Fast 50 list ranks the fastest growing government contractors by revenue growth over a 5 year period. Knowledge Systems was ranked #25 on the list with a compound annual growth rate of 78.31% since 2010.
Washington Technology writers note that “This year’s rankings showcase the rich diversity of the small business community. Several different kinds of small businesses made the list including 8(a)s, women-owned, service-disabled-veteran-owned, and HUBzone companies. Several companies hold multiple designations.” Knowledge Systems is unique as they hold no socioeconomic designation other than small business, and are not eligible for set-aside contract awards. Sawyer stated that “100% of our revenue since inception has not been related to any socioeconomic designation other than small business and in 2015 we are on target to see continued strength growth in revenue compared to 2014.”
Knowledge Systems has also been recognized as one of Inc’s Fastest Growing Companies.
