PMX Communities Inc. (OTCQB: PMXO) the “Company” enters into a Memorandum of Understanding with a Canadian group to launch their Cannabis Bud Box Terminal into Canada.

The Company has completed due diligence into Canada and determined that the Cannabis Bud Box Terminal will head to Canada immediately. PMX signed a MOU with a private Alberta company to exclusively distribute their Cannabis Terminals. Canadian licensed marijuana producers have been legally supplying medical patients cannabis through the post. The PMX private labeled Bud Box terminals to be situated in MMJ medical clinics should facilitate taking care of their patients in an expeditious manner. The terms of the pending agreement are being negotiated and include a per year minimum amount of dispensing terminals as already outlined in the MOU. The full details of the engagement will be released upon signing of a definitive document.

“Private Label Bud Box Cannabis Terminals will set us apart from other dispensing machines. We are hopeful that once the Federal government legalizes MMJ dispensaries that our terminal will be one of the first to be deployed legally into Canada,” stated Meris Kott, Managing Director of PMX Communities Inc.

PMX Gold Bullion Sales, Inc. is a precious metals company, having launched the MGIV gold terminal that allows consumers to purchase varying denominations of fine gold bullion bars and coins. In 2014, PMX expanded their terminal product line with the introduction of the LXIV BUD BOX cannabis terminal.
