PLEASANT HILL, Mo. (PRWEB) August 06, 2015 -- Operation BBQ Relief is hosting an open house on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at their warehouse. The warehouse is located at 22720 Joe Holt Pkwy. in Peculiar, Mo.
The Operation BBQ Relief team will have their disaster trailers and equipment on display, and attendees will be able to learn about how the organization gives back to communities. Meet many of the volunteers who have traveled to 17 states, assisted communities during 25 disasters, and served almost 600,000 meals over the past four years.
Operation BBQ Relief is pleased to announce that Snake River Farms will be generously sponsoring this open house by donating some of their delicious products to raise money for future deployments. Menu items available for purchase will include bacon-wrapped Snake River Farms Kobe filet and Piggy Juicy Lucy sliders, an item that was created by Operation BBQ Relief co-founder Stan Hays, who was a Competitor on Food Network's Chopped Grill Masters. The sliders will be made of Snake River Farms Kobe hot dogs and Snake River Farms Kobe ground beef.
