Battle Ready International™ to Reveal First “Medal of Honor Special Edition Pistols" at Nashville Salutes Event
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) August 06, 2015 -- Battle Ready International™, the exclusive tactical products brand of MFSI Government Group (MFSI), is pleased to announce the unveiling of the first two Medal of Honor Limited Edition 1911 pistols. The special edition pistols are to be auctioned in a Silent Auction during the Nashville Salutes Gala Dinner the evening of August 8th.
The Gala is the final night of the Congressional Medal of Honor Nashville Salutes event being held August 6-8 at Music City Center. The first two custom engraved, serial-numbered pistols from this series come in two (2) models: a nickel-plated pistol (MH-00000) and a 24-karat gold-plated pistol (MH-00001). Both are .45 caliber, but going forward, Battle Ready will offer the special and unique MoH Limited Edition Pistol Series to customers in both .45 caliber and 9 mm through its Battle Ready online store and other marketing channels.
Battle Ready International will donate all proceeds raised from the Silent Auction to the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation (CMOHF), in addition to providing an ongoing donation of $250 per MoH Pistol sold over time. “We are both humbled and honored to produce a Pistol Series that not only commemorates our nation’s most storied heroes, but also strategically supports the CMOHF’s ongoing Character Development Programs across the USA—in high schools, colleges and communities—at a time when we believe it is crucial to the future of America and our role in making a difference and protecting freedom in our country and around the globe,” said George M Tronsrue III, MFSI Government Group’s Founder & President.
The Medal of Honor is our nation’s highest and rarest military decoration. The President of the United States, in the name of Congress, bestows it upon members of the United States Armed Forces who distinguish themselves through “conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his or her life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in a hostile, or combat action against the enemy of the United States.”
Twenty-seven Medal of Honor Recipients will be in attendance during this three-day event, the concluding event being the Nashville Salutes Gala Dinner. The dinner is being held at Music City Center, and is expected to bring in at least 1,000 business, academic, elected officials and area residents to attend. Tickets are available for purchase here for those interested in attending this special event.
