Completion of this documentary is nearing after filming in multiple states across America, including interviews with veterans and living relatives of George Preddy Jr., and the several years it has taken to create blockbuster quality visual effects that make it possible to bring the WWII aircraft back to life. Viewers will witness 1,000 bombers and hundreds of fighters engaged in an epic air battle over Europe during World War II, all that is needed is a corporate sponsor that sees the value in having their corporate identity on this film in exchange for matching the $60,000 raised by public donations to create this worthy production.

The producer and director of "Carolina Ace" is a visual effects veteran from both Emmy Award and Academy Award film projects and has worked with directors including George Lucas, George Miller and Darren Aranofsky on award winning films including Happy Feet (winner of the Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film), Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (Best Visual Effects Oscar nominee) and the recent blockbuster movie Terminator: Genisys starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke. In a recent interview, Mr. Lovette tells of how the film is being created outside of the Hollywood studio system with his donated time and public donations in order to offer the completed documentary to public television networks around the country. "George Preddy Jr. was an everyman who became something greater than himself through service and sacrifice. It was his hard work and perseverance fueled by a fervent passion to achieve his dream that made it possible for him to become the top ace of the legendary P-51 Mustang.
