Newscycle Solutions Delivers Major Software Releases Across Product Lines in First Half of 2015
Bloomington, MN (PRWEB) August 06, 2015 -- Closing its second quarter of 2015, Newscycle Solutions announces the successful release of advertising, circulation and editorial software updates for its worldwide customer base. Newscycle also launched a new Customer Enhancement Forum and Strategic Partner Program to help improve ongoing product innovation and software quality.
“Newscycle strives to continually deliver the most dependable, highest quality products to our customers,” said Peter Ibsen, Newscycle’s Vice President of Strategy and Product Management. “To move these product version updates into testing and general release delivery - all in the first half of the year - was an ambitious goal we were able to meet. Newscycle constantly addresses the growing and changing needs of our clients and provides the innovative technology necessary to keep pace with industry demands.”
Ibsen continues, “Newscycle’s Customer Enhancement Forum (CEF) and Strategic Partner Program (SPP) were established to provide our user community with the ability to take an active role in product direction, development and enhancements of current and future software features. These initiatives have a direct impact on the path our roadmap takes for all products.”
The Customer Enhancement Forum is a customer-driven forum focused on prioritizing enhancement requests for upcoming Newscycle software releases. Robert Cochran, Senior Manager/Domestic Publishing Applications at Gannett Company, heads the CEF on the customer side and oversees a Newscycle customer team of product coordinators representing the company’s product pillars. Newscycle customers will soon be able to sign-up for the CEF in Newscycle’s Customer Support Portal.
The Strategic Partner Program focuses on future software features and new product innovations. Newscycle works directly with customers to gain insight on product needs, business impact, functionality and product feasibility. Each SPP has a specific purpose, description and set of goals to define and prioritize feature requests for upcoming product releases. Newscycle invites all customers to participate. All SPPs are listed in Newscycle’s Customer Support Portal.
