The Spark product line released on August 4, 2015, and includes one illustrated Bible and two picture books focusing on specific Bible stories.

The clear, understandable text in The Spark Story Bible ($22.99), edited by Debra Thorpe Hetherington, makes it ideal for reading aloud, and the charming illustrations provided by Peter Grosshauser and Ed Temple bring beloved stories to life. Each story includes fun activities and questions to help young readers further engage with the Bible. The two Spark picture books releasing in August, The Story of Creation and The Story of Moses and God’s Promise ($12.99 each), written by Martina Smith, focus on popular Old Testament stories and help establish a foundation for a journey with God’s Word.

More Spark picture books that bring the Bible to life for kids will follow in October 2015 and February 2016. They will include a special Christmas picture book as well as retellings of other well-known Bible stories, such as David and Goliath and the story of Easter.
